Five years ago today we filled out our first form to start our adoption journey, as fate would have it, today we are having our last post-placement report for Russia. The endless paperwork, the numerous fingerprints, the sleepless nights, the 12-hour plane ride with a toddler that was just getting to know us, the constant stomache of "what could happen" ... left me screaming for an epideral many times. But I wouldn't change a thing and who would have known that today we would have two beautiful girls, Grace Viktoria, our Russian dream and miracle and Amelia Catherine, a true gift of love. A lot of fate, magic and serendipity ... our forever family is complete.

What a wonderful and heartfelt journey this has been. Your children are beautiful and my how quickly they are changing!! Hope 2012 is a marvelous year for all of you.
